well i intend to do it that the humans are close with the other races because of the passage of time. the history of the first king spans 5 century ago so time will proceed and racism will die down because of the effort of the government and the religion

Yeah, the gender disparity is a huge issue, especially since the religion has a pantheon of entirely female goddesses (which would seem to value females more than males). Three possible explanations for this are: - Birth rates affected because of fallout from magical wars years ago, female infants don't survive to term or are born with birth defects. - Goddess religion demands human sacrifice of female babies (but this would probably stray away from the topic of 'ideal country'...) - Ultra-competitive 'strength rules' society leads to more women dying than men, causing the gender disparity. ... Or you could just change the gender ratios to balanced again, or even slightly-skewed towards females.
I was just about to point out the female goddess issue too, especially since, if you look closely, all the values are skewed to feminine values and mysticism rather than masculine values or even hard logic, i.e. it's perfect for brainwashing people with mystical mumbo jumbo instead of encouraging them to think for themselves. ... oh, he changed the gender ratio. xD Makes more sense now. It's skewed towards females now, which is easily explanable via a bunch of males dying in war. Back to the original question: culture and arts. Well this is effectively a melting pot, no? The culture will depend on the degree of integration between races. Is there a Demontown? Angeltown? What jobs to they lean towards? Small advice: an 'ideal' society would be one with some form of progress or development going on, rather than a static one with nowhere else to go. Is the mix of races resulting in new social, technological and economic development? How does it affect the everyday lives of people?
well there is the map we created the kingdom itself has 3 portals to the demon world but the demon world is just another place far from the continent and as huge as the kingdom, the demon world is also integrated to the kingdom making it twice as huge. the angels are only there cuz reasons
Voting is terrible, especially when the populace are uneducated. It would be a popularity contest and not based on capability. I rather the king be a dictator who personally appoints everyone, even if he is biased. I think the result will definitely be better than a pseudo-democracy chosen by an uneducated mob.

However, you religion and description on Reyvadin Plains is a bit off. See, there's nothing in your religion that suggest that one race is better than the other. And therefore, there should not be a problem with human supremacist, as they all believe in the same religion and therefore of the same religion. Cults can exist, yes, but you didn't mention any other faiths than the 3 Sisters of Fate. Alternatively, you can make the human race much more numerous, but economically suppressed by the less numerous race under perceived domination. Basically, think of the whole human race against China that monopolize the world's economy while leaving nothing for others not China. Or you can make it so that due to the numerical superiority of the human race, they discriminate on the minor races. Therefore, the minor races join forces and rebelled. But then again, this is not about racial supremacy, this is a revolution or reformation. Hope I've been of help. All the best. BTW, platinum as a currency is absolutely worthless. See, platinum is expensive when jewellery stores sell it to you, but when you sell it back to the jewellery stores, they're almost worthless in comparison to gold, and it's at 22% purity compared to 53% of gold. True, platinum is marketed as a luxury item, but only because there's so few of them on Earth. It quickly loses its value after it's sold. My suggestion: remove platinum coin and replace with a real valuable metal, such as titanium or mithril or you can go the gemstone route. In the middle ages, ruby was valued very highly.

Seeing how human is the dominant race among the population assuming by how the capitals, religion and history strongly correspond to the human's side I would assume that demons are actually part of the accepted races not not part of the country, raised a rebellion with other races. While the humans made allies with the elves, dwarves and etc. Also humans would need a significantly more advanced technological / magical advancement to win over the war with their numbers as such. In medieval ages with a fantasy setting, goddess worship should be the primary influence on culture so the culture should be based on representing the culture of the assumed goddesses. Seeing how there are only goddesses within the ranks of worshipped, females must be viewed in a higher position than males. Thus leading to treatment of females better, which could be used as to explain the ratio of males to females within the population. The Maiden should be promoting hope and love, she is used as a symbol of youth and passion. The Mother should be related to harvest and fertility, She will be related to harvest and birth. The Crone should be related to wisdom and knowledge, She will inspire scholars and philosophers. So your culture will be based on passion, harvests, births, knowledge. You will be a country of free love, with a strong drive towards agriculture. Your country will view females as the superior gender while treating praying to the goddess (Mother) as a ritual or rite of passage during childbirth. The country promotes scholars but largely specialises in philosophy regarding life. desu~ p.s Note that you're only narrating the side of the humans while other races are in their separate community. Unless you're planning on integrating all the races as part of the country which makes your religion really hard to understand as why all races would worship Goddesses that strongly resembles humans. desu~
