After i installed bluestacks there was a notice about activating visualization technology then i followed the method and reboot. i can't run any programs right now please help me...
What is Visualization tech. i installed Bluestacks 2 too but there never seen a notification about that Try uninstall Bluestack and some newest program you dont even remember install or at least, back up every important file and go back with Restore point
I have a laptop I have a mallet Boom Broken Laptop Oh, and did you try turning it off and on? Jokes aside... Bluestack should not ask for anything else other than that tho... A quick google shows that it is quite a complex software 0.o https://bluestacks.zendesk.com/hc/e...-in-BlueStacks-by-enabling-Virtualization-VT-
Turn it off and on again. Run in safe mode and try to undo whatever you did while installing bluestacks. Disable all run on start services you don't recognise. If you can't undo it try reverting to a previous restore point.
I Googled,...er DucKDuckGoed the phrase:"bluestacks there was a notice about activating visualization technology" and found this link. It seemed to be what you want. The answer seemed to be centered around a slow processor and graphics card issues as a FYI. OR Booting into "safe mode" to just unload the program is probably possible. Booting into safe mode with networking will get you back onto the Internet for research.
This probably is silly, maybe you have done it already but it still needs to be said. Have you tried running on safe mode and using the system restore feature?
You NEED to be more descriptive about what you mean about "you can't run any programs..." That means just about EVERYTHING and nothing. Is your computer powering on at all? Does it boot to windows or is it only POSTing. If its only POSTing is it giving any error messages or is it just restarting on its own. Can you still enter into CMOS/BIOS? Are there any errors and if so what are they saying? If it is booting to Windows are you getting to your desktop? Have you tried to get into Safe mode(pressing F8 repeatedly). Also you SHOULD post your specs so that we get a better idea of what your running. For example, usage of virtualization within the BIOS when activated can be a problem with the BIOS needing to be updated. You won't really know without getting the BIOS revision number your running and whether or not there are known bugs on that BIOS revision and if there are fixes for it. Ideally, you want to find out: The processor your are running The amount of RAM (type and manufactuer if possible) Motherboard model and reversion number. Hard drive model and size (obtain manufacturer if possible) Video card or if you are using onboard graphics Any additional peripherals and expansion cards. Operating system you are running, (including the build number helps too) You can obtain most of the information from using the command dxdiag in the run command or in the ask me anything for cortana.
He probably meant Virtualization technologies... This activates additional multi-thread support and allows other programs to use additional instruction sets such as VT-X and other extensions to utilize other cores within the processor. On default most times the VT is switched off in BIOS and has to be switched on.
