Is a joke from Warhammer 40k, it goes like this, the orders of the inquisition have different ideals but the 2 main ones are usually Puritans and Radicals those names should be self explanatory, the joke comes from the radicals using chaos paraphernalia or forming their own cults to attract actual chaos servant then fuck em up with the Grey Knights. Did you get any of that? If you didn't I'm sorry is kinda hard to explain to non 40k players or readers.
Something like a Puritan would never scroll down and risk his soul to chaos but a Radical would be all for scrolling down that should be easy to get =D
If your a non-heretic then you won't scroll down, if you scroll down then your a heretic so the space marine at the bottom is giving you the evil eye. I don't see how complicated that is. Guess nerd power at a high level is needed to comprehend that........
oh i see.. don't know the reference, but i got the concept. that space marine looks like a fusion of zaku and storm trooper to me though. haha
