    Even I forgot how I found NovelUpdates.
    But if I remember correctly, it was either when I was searching for more sites like yoraikun.wordpress.com or www.blazingtranslations.com or... LQ's wordpress...

    --either way, it was that, or I just found it somewhere on the website itself.

    So, how did you guys find NovelUpdates?

    I came over from a random link on reddit and I notice how easy it was to keep track of all the novels from here. I used to just bookmark the most recent chapter I read in my browser.
    Also nice dragons @Zone Q11
    Edit: engrish. Why the hell did I say trying instead of track?

    I used to use Aho-updates.Let's say it's very buggy so had to look for an alternative.
    Before that I had like 100 tabs saved in OneTab and I checked them one by one daily.

    That sounds tiring... are you glad you found NU and that @Tony made NUF?

    I think it was a novel that linked directly to baka updates and this site novel updates. I do not remember which novel though. It was the sub reddit Noveltranslations though.

    Someone on irc told me it was better than ahoupdates. Thus, converted.
    Ahoupdates still works fine right now but NU has an easier to use UI, there are more novels, the update system operates more smoothly, it doesn't show non-chapter posts and bugs get fixed a lot faster.

    Tiring? You have no idea, I did it few times per day.
    Tho not as tiring as updating my manga list on myanimelist.It reached a point where it become a chore.

    almost half a day, lol. i used wordpress and nu after the rage i get using ahoupdates...

    I made an account on the old forum to tell them that Steller Transformation has a new translator (it was outdated on NU). I mostly just used it for the reading list (once I actually started using it)

    Ahaha.Nah Aho got nothing on me.After you update something like this http://myanimelist.net/mangalist/-Okami ,at a daily basis manually , aho seems like a joke.I went back to my tabs.My laziness got me in the end and asked Google-Sensei for sites like aho.

    I heard of NovelUpdates at OniichanYamete, when the translator there requested readers to gift him with a review for the work we were reading.

    First time used Aho updates because bata-tsuki.org led me there then one of the comments from a website I don't know. Still use aho updates to look at recent original novel updates
