I think those standards for levels are way too biased, No I'm not saying it cause I'm in the negatives, totally not the reason.
Probably level negative 2 or so. A mile in maybe half an hour if I can catch my breath halfway through. Heh.
There's something weird about me. In high school which was one year ago, I was one of the fattest kids in school, but I was also close to the top in running speed. How does a fat ass like me run a mile in 7.5 minutes. I was in cross country but I don't get how I remained fat through all that training.
Can lift 25 kg but cant 1 mile under 10 min.... Maybe 20 min. Got god damn bone deformation and currently cant even pay the surgery. Im in despair now... Sob
What's weight have to do with lv26-50? Are you asian or something? Who could lift 100kg and be below 70kg? That would just be a bulky short person. Anything above lv50 is too bulky and not aesthetic. I'm 194cm 73kg, can lift 40kg and do warm ups of 5min 1km runs, if I pushed it I could go for 4min.
I can lift around 100Kgs and surprisingly I can run a mile in under 5 mins (but I would probably need a stretcher after) and I know MMA.... BUT... I am also weight over 100Kgs Dx... So I guess I am closer to lvl 26 than 50 ToT.
The ability to lift heavier stuffs, doesn't mean you have the stamina to run for miles though.. i find the toner/slim and fit guys can run faster and longer than bulky guys.
