I can lift up to 50 kg, but hardly any stamina. I'll wheeze after 15 minutes of jogging. maybe even less now. I feel old
you can probably deadlift 3x your weight. most people can deadlift twice their weight. 4 minute for 1k is quite fast. top 5% right there. just not up to the op's high and impossible standards. 22 minutes for 10 miles. 2:12 minutes per mile. lol.
I would consider myself of average fitness for my weight class. I can Chest Press 100 kg, Dead Lift 180 kgs, Squat 140 kgs, Leg Press 400 Kg. Twice a week I practice Martial Arts.
3km in 10 minutes? you need focused training and good genetics to get that. not sure if you're that fast or just chuuni.

How is lv 1-10 slim? I don't think you would look slim if you can do lv 1-10. I fit somewhere in lv 1-10 and don't look slim at all
50kg, can run a mile under 8 min but this is average if you are unable to do that, either you are ill or too fat...
