    Ask us,

And we will flame you for being lazy, gives you millions of degrading comments that will make you feel morally bad for not working through and get you back to translating.

Try something to relax at the moment, or something refreshing.

Think about the consequences of not doing it, if it's not too bad then keep procrastinating. But if it's actually serious work on it a little at a time until you find it in yourself to do it.

Also one of the people who used to mentor me told me something that I'd never forget. "False Motivation is still Motivation." So psyche yourself up to doing whatever needs to be done.

I relax, then do it anyway. If I get sleepy, unless I'll need all night I set an early alarm and get to work in the morning

Loiter in your previous translation comments section and reread all the thank you!s you've received...... (then maybe troll some places..... and procrastinate some more then bash head to wall..... rub face to a stuffed unicorn......)

and then finally get to translating some more......

maybe trade projects with someone for awhile if you know people.....(Aka side projects... tis fun reading other things.... also makes you nervous someone else's "supposed" work depends on your whimsy. =D)

Tell yourself I will just MTL the whole shit.
Put them raw in Google sensei.
But 1 hour later you will find yourself translating word to word , sentence after sentence coz you can't satisfy with Google sensei's random lines.

Read other novels or books with really good/artistic english sentences like Dungeon Defense and The Lazy King. Often, I find the cause of lack of motivation to be my frustration at being unable to translate a certain sentence/passage in a way that fits the tone/flow of the novel in question, and reading others' translations gives me inspirations/idea on how to translate/edit that sentence/passage.
