ELTCL is really good, mostly focuses on comedy, Legend of Sun Knight is a similar one that is completed. RitF is by the same author as OEM and ttnh, but follows a slightly more cultivation based path. I would say that it is a bit closer to oem in writing style.
romance? in crazy lich? when :s I stopped kinda early since I saw no inkling of it happening based on the MC's personality.
You need to be crazy to love him. Thankfully there's enough crazy side characters. That being said, I third Crazy Lich; the author is an expert at using Checkov Guns to juggle plot and comedy.

Ah...... how to put it, as someone who is reading the raws (about a third of the series in), I can say that there are a number of romantic interests, but the romance is sort of at a standstill for now. However, there's a real good reason for that, and it's a huge spoiler. However, based on this reason, I have good reason to believe that there Will be real romance later on.
