I think the women the emissary talks about was the (corpse) women inside green coffin vortex, the ones who created vast expanse and his (allheaven) lover/wife/ she indebted to. The emissary was once immortal who turned into demon because various event just like MH.
The Emissary had lived a similar life to Meng Hao, following the path of becoming the true Immortal, however, Allheaven didn't want this because, "Allheaven fears the Immortal." So he forced unfortunate events like what happened in Mountain and Sea realm in order to throw them in despair and cause them to become the Devil.
*The demon ; Now, I don't know what to think about chen fan beeing here, because I'm pretty sure he is not an illusion, or a fake chen fan, I think it has to do with what happened in the 33 hell...

the demon's aura is the same with allheaven too iirc that was what Meng Hao said when he saw Allheaven on that statue from the necropolis, so maybe the demon was highly influenced by Allheaven Edit: Though idk on what use Allheaven for the demon aside from fearing the immortal
Who wants to be that the man in the teaser is Meng Hao himself? The text was retracted for avoiding spoilers, but, at least to me, seemed to imply that Allheaven took his soul(or at least a piece of it) and put it in another spirit. EDIT: Oops, I was way off.
Isn't it usually "7th Hex: Karmic Hexing" or "Demon Sealing 7th Hex: Karmic Hexing" rather than just "Hexing Magic: Karmic Hexing"? I don't remember them being referred just as Hexing Magic before, I seem to remember it being more unique than just being referred to as something as mundane as simply Hexing Magic
I like it when he uses the hexes that aren't the eighth hex. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand why controlling space would be the smartest thing to do. I just feel it's important to remember that the other hexes are made by geniuses who put their heart and soul into making it and aren't any less than the eighth demon sealer. Especially nine seals and lord Li. The man was at daosource. His hex should be comparable to the best divine ability of the vast expanse school

Personally, my favorite part of this update was when Lord Fifth found Third's corpse. I was actually getting emotional at that. Fifth and Third, bros for life, seperated by death. Man I wish I had a meme for that.
