Resolved I somehow rate a novel 0 star.

    novel title, is it only 1 title? have you tried other title?
    browser you're using (+version if possible)
    device (phone/pc)
    OS of said device

    I tried this for 2 other novels (choose randomly) and both was possible.

    I am using Google Chrome for mac
    Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
    For the device, I am using a Macbook pro late 2011.
    OS X El Capitano.

    Edit: I find out why it's possible. when I tried to rate I didn't click on 1 star but near it( a little to the left side of 1 star) that's how I manage to do that. sorry for bothering you
