We can also tell this because the main female lead needs to have silver/white hair similar to "異世界魔術師は魔法を唱えない".

Well, actually this story is a little-bit Pw/P (Porn with Plot), which is a very popular 18+ genre in America.

Spoiler: What is Pw/P (skip if you already know)

Beyond what it sounds like, Pw/P is generally opinionated and broad genre because of how many different styles one can use, ability to blend with other genres and the requirement of metaphors. One person might find a plot in a 18+ story that another finds boring. Furthermore the amount of sex vs. plot varies, to the point that there is a sub-genre Pw/P called the "No-Sex" Erotic Novel. In this sub-genre all sex is a Double entendre as well as Faulkner implied sex scenes (i.e. the sex is implied but never actually recorded). In fact Faulkner is consider one of the father's of the Pw/P genre as a classical porn novelist (all his books have people having sex in them).
As broad as this genre is, there are some elements that all Pw/P share:

1. Sex has consequences, often realistic ones. Even if you rape, break, mind control your partener; your sex will have consequences such as getting them pregant or ending up in jail or punished in some way for breaking ethical codes. Every consequence that is ignored has to be lampshaded and have a detail explination.
2. As a result of (1), the sex scenes actually drive the plot similar to gal-game or shoujo dating sim game. You sleep with ____, the other romance interest are not only going to know about it, but different flags will be raised with all of them.
3. The plot has to be constantly engaging and more important than the sex. The reader has constantly to feel some emotion whether it be fear, hate, sympathy, joy, humor, or something else. Boredom of the reader is not allowed. Thus better Pw/P stories don't have any flat characters and the plot is never straight forward their has to be twists and turns like this xkcd comic shows. Also the best Pw/P stories teaching you something about the world, whether it be nonfiction like biology, chemistry, or quantum mechanics actually would work on a macroscopic level OR human morality and ethics.

This is why generally, when talking about this story I am not talking about the sex, I am talking about the plot twists ^_-

Actually after the first arc there is little to no rape scenes this is due to well....

Welcome to Novel Theory:
FIT not only satirizes rape-play Japanese hentai, but teaches people who enjoy rape the true dark consequences of their actions.
Seria later admits to the MC that not only can she kill him (chapter 31-32), but also would have eventually had sex with the MC of her own accord (chapter 31). In fact, she admits that she fell in deeply love with the MC at first slight (how cliche), despite how ugly he is, and never had the chance to confess her feeling because he always avoided social contact with her or was on a "mission" according to the (Chapter 31 and Chapter 35). The non-cliche part is that she has an ugly people fetish.

The fact that Seria "allows it" by no means she wanted the rape, was a guilty slut, or otherwise. Its actually the opposite as because Seria is still technically the victim. In fact, one might say she didn't allow any of the future rapes. This is because as she herself says,

From these lines She's sick and tired of Ren Kirishima (the MC) raping her and not considering her feelings at all. She understands that Ren's is an S, but for god sake's can he at least be bloody romantic and let her be on top for once(?) ... Jeez Ren is such a selfish rapist. <== The pure absurd humor of the victim asking for consensual slow sex (and the mc feeling so ashamed he agrees to it) and then the irony of her actually loving the mc before she was raped is comedy gold. She cries because of how much the mc kills people. She is currently in the storyline (during chapter 30), so traumatized by the first rape that is cannot cum or enjoy herself when she is in command, but has to hear that MC is "raping" her still in order to cum. He broke Seria's subconscious mind.

Thus this story already has a deep "Morale of the Story". The ultimate tragedy of rape (at least so far) is not the crime at all... Even if you say the girl wanted or liked you before hand, you can never have a true deep platonic love or romantic relationship. You destroy the girls feelings and attraction to you by hurting them. Not even S's in BDSM, hurt their "M" partners because they use safe words. By raping someone, you can only have lust, you can never truly have love. Thus, the female being raped is not the only victim, the "raper" also harms themselves.

The Morale: "Never rape always and have a safe word you "S" kids, always"​

The only saving grace is that the MC finally almost to realize how much trauma for just a moment he has caused before justifying it as another way to conqour Seria. He has broken Seria's subconscious mind, avoid breaking her conscious mind. Because Seria then threatens to have him killed he rapes someone else, he also realizes how he cannot rape Seria's best friend the elven maid and has to be cautious about letting Seria know any of the other people he's had sex with. Instead, he having to romance most of the other characters after Seria. This is were rape starts to become a satire. First the mc "raped" himself (at least BDSM play), and while one should feel sorry for the mc, its honestly hilarious considering what he did to Seria. Second, with two Yandere's like matifa and seria, the mc's greatest fear is further upsetting the people he's raped because he knows they can kill him. The only reason Seria has not killed him is because she still like him (even the mc thinks this is bizarre), but she will kill him if he has sex with her friend especially a rape-play

Remember the mc greatest weakness in magic and he's already slightly anger the two most powerful magic users and severely anger her relatives. Nobel's all hate him for ruining their plans for the throne and killing Ortiz. The king, spoilers, already knows the mc's assassin master, as he's the boss. The It has not be revealed, but its heavily implied the King Oritz not only knows that MC raped his daughter, but has kept the bounty on the mc's head for precisely that reason. Oritz doesn't outright kill the mc because he knows his daughter loves the mc; however, that doesn't mean the king is going sit their not punish his future-son in law. If he ever gets married, its going to be a 7 way shotgun wedding. In fact, I personally suspect that the king will continue find ways to punish and torture the mc for chapters to come as a running gag.

Hmmm... on second thought @Dalek72, if you really don't like rape, I would be careful of this series just in case and maybe wait till the end or at least until Arc 3 is finished.

However, what I was a couple thing. First, we are getting close to the latest chapter of the author, so the plot will be even more exciting as no one knows what will happen. Second, the political situation and interactions between different characters, and different perspectives really picks up in this next arc with all the different conflicts going on simultaneously. It like a diet-light-version of Game of Thrones with an heap of tldr.
