So I'm planning to make a fanfic story of the Desolate Era with another novel, however, I need a novel with a similarly large universe or power system. It would be too awkward if the guy trained to be Wanxiang-level as a body refiner and just casually blow away a village with a single sneeze or become a True God and flooding the world with his tears or even worse, become an Earth Immortal and scares the sh*t out of everyone when he starts his Celestial Tribulation. Anyone got anything? Edit: Alright screw one choice, I'll just make my guy go through several universes.
I may be wrong, but aren't other IET'S novels like Stellar Transformation and Coiling Dragon of similar size?
True, but I never read Stellar Transformation and I don't think Coiling Dragon can compare to Desolate Era in size. I assume that Saints are at most only at Primal or Void level while Sovereigns are only at the World level so it's still a little inferior.
Completely different cultivation systems and Linely of CD ends up at a much higher position than Jing ning at the apex.
Well taking in consideration that DE's universe is uselessly big (in size) i think that a world that can accommodate world gods is plenty big.
True, both are different systems, but very similar in the end. I mean the Gods and Saints of CD doesn't have to go through as much tribulation as those Immortals of DE, but DE leads to more possible power. Linley's world is a lesser planet in the Hongmeng Cosmos after all and is limited in might.
For some reason i still feel that it would be funny throwing hajime and his wives against an advanced cultivator...
