I would like a Bleach system. They have so many different zanpaktou. Cultivation could easily be added, since their power relates to reiatsu(spritual pressure) and reiryoku(spiritual energy). Reiatsu is the force the reiryoku exerts. Someone with less reiryoku can still have stronger reiatsu (how the MC will be OP).

Naruto cultivation would just be the ranks I guess, but battle experience plays a bigger role than amount of chakra.

I was wondering if this is enjoyable to people who have not read or watched Naruto? I kind only saw the first few episodes of Naruto, I dropped it sometime between the time he was cloning himself as a cross-dresser and the time he was sticking his fingers up little boys asses. So most of the references in the novel description are lost to me.
