You can tell the author is probably pretty young because most of the hard core prejudice against Japan is from the older generation from the aftermath of WWII (and understandably so). The younger generation, those born after the late 80s-90s, don't have that kind of baggage as much and they share a lot of the interests and hobbies Asian youth have so the popularity of anime and manga that Japan reigns king in does a lot to soften whatever anti-Japanese antagonism the Chinese culture might encourage in them. So that coupled with the fanboy tone of the writing leads me to believe the author is an otaku. Plus, this is pretty much a spin-off or fanfiction of Naruto since it's too derivative and can't even be considered a parody like with History's Number 1 Founder.

 

Oh... ya mean monster breeder but its pokemon like but not pokemon system like 10 year olds who never grow up, 10 year olds who beat up villains, 10 year olds who have millions of cash through beating up other peoples pets and basically a 10 years shouldnt do. Though seriously i dont personally think monster breeder is pokemon system.
