Xiaolong isn't that OP yet, but his status...certainly seem to be, at least among some people.

 

In that Asura gate, i'm sure Saint realm are the majority, with a few peak that have been in that realm for centuries. Some shitty emperor that barely made it into Saint realm 'has to give them face' lol.
With the speed our MC is going and all his treasures he'd be in Saint realm around chapter 400? maybe sooner lol.
