    till 271, there was only one girl
    maybe it will be a harem like later but who knows
    there are indications for it, but not that strong

    also read something from IET : ST or CD is both great nonharem novels

    There are a few "side" girls that express interest, of which he returns said interest from time to time, but OP mainly 100% concentrates on getting stronger to beat the primary antagonist so far.

    People these days tag romance whenever the MC talks to a girl a few lines long and harem in case 2 girls were talked once. I never believe romance/harem tags at manwhas, unreliable as hell.

    His sister is adopted one.So,even with sister the case would be similar to Xiao Yan of BTTH(of same Author).

    Doulu Dalu, Sheng yin wang zhou and the others from that author don't have harem, plus they're more concentrated on a group of people and not one MC (or so I've heard, so far I've only read DD and SYWZ)

    Besides ISSTH (I consider it non harem cause meng hao is like a workaholic lol) True Martial World is the one I would recommend if u have not already jumped on it. You could always go for The IET novels ST CD or DE generally the romance is not IET forte. Or you could read the "mybrain is tired" like Immortal God Emperor. Or go for the cute "soulmate" type with shen yi Wang Zuo (no harem there).

    WDQK is a harem but why do people hate harems so much its not like it's going to be like MGA and he is surrounded by wifes he just has more than 1 love interests. Its quite a mild harem so if harem is disgusting don't read it if you just dislike harems then this shouldn't be too bad in that regard.
