though i'm reading that one but...seriously??? i don't think that kind of story deserve an anime though...as expected, anime makers nowadays are just finding some fan service stories and not with good solid story...
The anime industry isn't so clear cut. There are several ways you can get an anime, but it all comes down to funding. As in, who is paying for it? Usually, a bunch of guys, either anime investor companies, manga companies, merchandise producer companies or even the anime companies themselves would fund the anime. But there is another method. You can fund the anime yourself. If you have like 10 mil yen or something, you can hire the anime companies to create whatever anime you want. Of course, it depends on what kind of anime, how many characters, how long a screen time and how many episodes, but basically, if you can foot the bill, you can have your own anime made. The big name studios will be a bit more picky, considering it's their name on the line, but the smaller studios will do anything as long as they get paid.
