It will collapse in upon itself as everyone would be too busy reading and trolling ro actually manage the country

Technically it would be a faction, rather than a nation, since nuffians are generally part of the netizens. So it would be netizens founding a nation where it would have multiple factions ruling, and NUF is one of them. Though it would eventually to civil war that would turn the nation into a country due to radical movements.
