Name: Legend of the Maestro Raw Link: http://read.qidian.com/BookReader/37c5pF7pRRE1.aspx NU Link (if avaliable): http://www.novelupdates.com/series/legend-of-the-maestro/ Why It Should Get Picked Up: A novel written by Fang Xiang (I'm completely shocked and did not expect this at all, PS. Same author of World of Cultivation and Undefeated God of War). I can't read Chinese and there is only 1 chapter out so far, so view is very narrow. The synopsis sound amazing, has a cool cover on NU page and the Mech theme with futuristic setting plus the background of the MC won over my interest. Also, the cover is amazing @@. Description : With the grand development of technology, engineering, and science, after entering the Great Space Travel era, humans created garbage planets to prevent the increasing production of waste from harming the people. These planets lack food and water, not to mention lurks with dangerous creatures and contain harmful substances. So what human would survive, let alone live there? Ye Zhong was that person. As a result of garbage planet’s harsh environment, it fortifies his body to develop talents greater than an average human, but then again the lack of other companions leave him without any understanding of the real world. After he discovers a set of broken mecha and leaves the planet, how will his wild nature tackle the world and the society that he can’t yet fathom? On a side note, there was only one review made for the novel on the NU page however the person read the raw so it may shed a light on this novel for those interested.
I'm not too shocked about that since this is one of the author's earliest work. He wrote this novel in 2006.
Nevertheless, would anyone like to translate this? (I was going to ask for Card Disciple too, since the translator's not doing anything, but apparently it only takes 1 chapter per three months, no matter what the schedule is, which is kinda dumb IMO.) After all, this is still a great novel, even if the ending isn't all that you'd wish for.
