Aggregators are bad. Sure it's convenient, but still harmful to the community. So, I'm just gonna make a list of places you should visit. Ways to track manga: https://www.mangaupdates.com/index.html: Like NU, but less pleasant to look at. https://myanimelist.net/ Places to read manga/webtoons: https://www.webtoons.com/en/ for korean stuff. https://www.viz.com/read: a very cheap subscription model. https://www.reddit.com/r/manga/ https://www.lezhinus.com/en www.spottoon.com https://www.manga.club/ https://mangaplus.shueisha.co.jp https://j-novel.club/ - you'd have to buy the manga https://tapas.io/ https://www.tappytoon.com/en/ https://mangatoon.mobi/ https://manta.net/ https://www.webcomicsapp.com/ https://www.comico.io/ this is an app https://www.netcomics.com/home https://www.ebookrenta.com/ https://mangadex.org/ this is technically an aggregator, but scanulators choose to upload there so it makes the list as far as I'm concerned Do not post aggregators here. Read the freaking first sentence.
My favorite manga/anime site is http://myanimelist.net/ It seems the most convenient site to look for similar manga to ones you know, etc.
I use Reddit. The /r/manga subreddit has a lot of content and they do have a rule against linking aggregator sites so most stuff is linked to either batoto or the scanlator's own website. I recommend the manga "Sweet Dreams in the Demon Castle." I tried to post the link but it wouldn't post. I guess it's because I'm new.
https://supremecream.wordpress.com : to read gosu, my favorite series rn, you should read it. Translation came out in the same day as raw http://exhentai.org/ : for hentai, honestly i dont know this is aggregator or not. Most complete site i know, there are many language and even raw, you can also found erotic mahnwa there
Lizhin mostly for BL https://www.lezhin.com/en/ Officail websites just like webtoons.com Spottoon www.spottoon.com
So I'm gonna repeat myself. Don't post links to sites that aggregate (basically copy and paste) other people works w/o permission.
Well I know some translation groups(but they don't notice my existance ) So heres the links helveticascans.com [email protected] [email protected] Hatigarmscans.eu http://jaiminisbox.com(I think they have some issue regarding "Plagarism") www.baka-tsuki.org/ [Those links posted above was the only one I remember Cause I occasionally donate to them every month(of course everypayday)so if you find their work great then you can donate to them, any amount was welcomed] Well it's kind of sad if they don't recieve proper credits and feedbacks about their project cause of those aggregators out there. Im like... Did you imagine yourself doing that kind of thing forsaking your own social life and RL stuff then didn't have anything in return? even for a few donation can greatly help them and by visiting their site and disabling adblock(optional).Theres just people who can"t seem to appreciate their effort.
In fact, there is one website like NU that has a database of manga releases - https://www.mangaupdates.com/releases.html The sad part is that they never link to the groups' website. So you have to search there for the manga that you want to read, find the name of the group that is scanlating it, then google the group's name. If you were wondering why you can't just google the manga's name directly, doing that almost always results in getting aggregators instead of the actual scanlator websites. There is also https://www.reddit.com/r/manga/. They almost always link the scanlators websites though they sometimes use batoto.
now-do. I read webcomics out there. And I use the free online translation tool to translate a Chinese webcomic now. It's called Vampire and Hunter Season 2. Another girl is cleaning out the text for me in the meanwhile. Feel free to edit my translation or translate into other languages from my English version.
Coughs blood. This comment resembles me very much. Btw Japazai had nice stuff, though they mighta quit a while back.
Wow, mangadex officially replaces batoto now? It's still unstable though... I got dc'ed a few times. Also it is blocked in my country unlike batoto. I guess my country blocked anything with the phrase "manga" in the url. But, nothing a pvn can't solve I'll add some tl site for alternative Tsundere.services for romance stuff Lhtranslation.com for isekai stuff Also /a/ if you want to go down the rabbit hole
