well, sorry to ZJ, in the next life XH is still stupidly in love with him and still tries to die for ML's happiness. omg, poor XH, why does he suffer every time from ML?
https://tieba.baidu.com/p/902354127?pn=0& Author posted Valentine's Day additional side story. Very sweet and fluffy. Going to Switzerland to make chocolates for each other.
ML really needed a psycologist... and I'm not talking about when XMX thought he was crazy... he already needed one ten years ago
ML. You need to stay the hell away from the MC and the MC needs that machine from that film where they force people to forget everything so they could be happy. I think if these 2 people never got together they would have been happier.
Kosu is gonna abandon this novel.... too much drama in the prequel, like writer is trying to find excuses for everything.... and makes it to satisfy for readers by writing the sequel here....
I like it when the author loves her/his characters enough not to abuse them for needless drama and plot. I like it when the author actually loves their characters and they still manage to get great story and plot without all the angst Just For The Sake of Plot, cause for the most part I can feel their love. It pisses me off when that happens and I'm like Why =_= they're basically ur children!! All the Bloody needless drama leaves me with frustration without anywhere to went. There's only really very few stories I've liked so Far that have Very abused characters but even there the main couple at least have a strong Relationship built after all the drama is said and done. Its Especially Bad when the idiocy comes from the couples mistakes and misunderstandings or Pure A-holeness,or when they drag the same old misunderstanding over and over again .....wow My Short opinion turned into a rant...
I read somewhere that when writing, one must never spoil their characters or else there'll be no development. Torturing them can make us (the readers) feel closer to them by making them realistic. Through the pain, they progress as people. But I do agree that characters abused way too much are bad.
Its like in "Sex and the City." When at the end Carrie ends up with Mr. Big and there is no reason why these 2 people should end up together. Then Carrie rationalizes it away saying that "there's no reason.. it's just love." This is the same rationalizations with these 2 characters. I hold true to my original opinion. We need that center from the film, "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" to basically mutually wipe clean the memories that they have of one another. They can have their "Meet me in Montauk moment" then finally let each other go - on to other people and a more sane sort of happiness.
Gahhhhhhhhh!!!! I just want to read the part where the ML find out that the MC is in coma and his reaction and action afterward!!! Especially since it might be in chapter seven!!! This is so tormenting!!!! Somebody just spoil it to me already!!! (especially in great deatails as possible)
I think the title holds true to the story... "Like love but not" basically sums it up....really really fitting
