Logging into the forums first is the workaround I have been having to use.
Is this bug known, or being fixed?

Are you using the login name 'parscann' to log into NU too? I see that you have two different names on NU.

It's your display name which is different from your username. I thought you might've used that by accident instead. Your display name: Oath

Back to the problem, it's most likely a problem on your side. I really don't know how to help you to be honest. Are you using any blocking scripts?

NoScript, HTTPS Everywhere, Adblockers (in and out of browsers), IP Filters, Proxy settings, VPN settings, DNS settings, all double-checked.

So it's not me, at least I hope not. My guess is a database issue.

I have tried Chrome, Chromium, Opera, Firefox, Waterfox, IE11, EDGE, and Brave. With varying degrees of addons, across more than five computers, on multiple networks. Including my cellular hotspot, Wi-Fi with and without my pfSense firewall, and a friends house. Just now posting this from Broken Bow, OK. Happened here on a different friends desktop. I'm from Dallas, TX.

Just for clarity, it happens reliably every time I log out of the website or delete the cookie. I may make a video of me checking in a clean Windows VM.

I am back with more evidence of my original claims.
Here is a screenshot of my current list of reviews. Probably a database issue. I have posted multiple reviews.
