Hey Guys... I was researching various legendary Chinese swords and want to ask for some clarification regarding this article, MTL of course, churned out something about Qin Shi Huang & a Viagra sword(?) but what I'm keen on is this idiom and it's origin at the end:- 有成语“泰阿倒持”,意为“倒拿着剑,把剑柄给别人。把大权交给别人,自己反受其害。”所以,泰阿剑又被命名为太阿剑。 Can anyone help? EDIT:- Dammit it think the idiom is inverted into 倒持泰阿 the explanation here is something about giving your sword to others to stab you with?
Ah yes...The viagra sword. Legend states that if the sword is still a sword after four hours, an experienced alchemist is needed to prevent extermination of the body and the soul
