There's a novel of a shining robot that practically owns the entire world in terms of power levels, but i cant remember the name of it. The gist is somewhat like: he reincarnated into a robot-statue, then entered a teleporting portal into the ocean, proceeded to save the mermaids, going on a rescue mission then went to learn light-lasers from an all power entity. Clockwork on royalroad. I can't put a link ... don't know how to do it ... it talk about a vrmmorpg where the mc take the clockwork race (you know, the thing with steam and gear ) and take a class that can upgrade himself and other clockwork and it's badaasss.
The last Angel - protagonist is, if I remember right mainly a Superdreadnaught Class Starship on a revenge-trip Starwalker - protagonist is the sentinent AI of a spaceship Perilous Waif - on this one, you could argue if the main-character is machine enough to be on this list but she is tricked out with enough gadgets to push her firmly into the Cyborg-Territory
The Rising on RoyalRoadl. An experimental AI gets killed off and send to a fantasy world to represent a heavily suppressed machine race. Pretty good, but it's still new. Lots of interesting pseudo science and optimal combat strategies and such.
Do you know what happened to Starwalker because I can’t find anywhere to read it as it’s not on the authors amazon page and her blog links to it don’t work
