For what? He's spoiled nothing so far. It's inevitable he will reach this realm, but the question of when is a spoiler, which the OP is asking. Same with the child question.

As someone who's read the mtl, I have no idea what heavenly dao monarch is. Spoiler Empyrean is followed by True God and then Beyond True God which is the end of the novel.

but the one who answers that could just hide it behind a "spoiler" ^^ the only spoiler in there would be for someone who did not read it / read it so far the realmname and that he gets a wife (which is kinda obvious)
