Just found out about this MMORPG, and it seems really good. The game feels more realistic than other MMORPG, got zones, life skills and so on. truth be told, in my opinion "feels" like a MMORPG in the novels you read around here. What are your opinions and views of this new upcomming game? it seems like the alpha game will be released in 2018

I ve been following this game and dark and light for a long time now, hoping to get on the monthly draw for an alpha/beta accsess (and a mount) this game seems like the mmorpg people finally wanted aside from lost ark.
they said things about pure comsmetics last time i heard, and going to be buy 2 play with a monthly pay.
it's going to be subscription based. cash shop is cosmetics only. what makes me doubtful is the combat system. a hybrid. which you can see on Revelation Online that it's absolute crap.
Never heared of htis. But i am waiting for Pantheon - risen of the fallen EDIT: It doesn't looks bad from screenshots but i'lll still be waiting fr pantheon ;p
Especially that Caravan, Resource system, & localized markets (No global Auction House) are things I think are VERY promising. That said I'm going to be sceptical until it actually comes out or there's a playable open beta. Edit: Wow, if the game will even live up to half of its promise it's going to be awesome... have you seen the new node system video? the 4 metropolis options? goddammit that seems interesting. but the way they announce huge battles makes me think of one big issue every mmorpg has. server capacity. BDO had a huge event and with 100 people showing up it lagged so much you'd crash. and this game promises even more players to participate in siege. though for me, having an option to invest into city growth is a fun idea. especially the upgrade of early homes. the effort needed will be huge from all players
yup. it sounds like star citizen. and you can see how star citizen is still "going". with 60usd for the weakest ship and 60min of gameplay at best but my displeasure with ashes of creation is also the combat system. a fucking hybrid between tab targeting and open combat. like. ffs. they choose a damn spawn of satan for combat <.<
Oh yeah, I'd prefer something like BDO, Vindictus, Dragon Nest, etc or Tera style action combat. But while tab targeting is disappointing, at least it doesn't seem to be like the WoW kind, more like GW2 or Blade and Soul. And on top of that supposedly there's that physics system so e.g. that barrier is like a physical object instead of just some glittery special effect.
they can promise whatever. but as long as it's a hybrid. i can't really expect much (revelation online)
