So I recently bought MH4U and have become addicted to it. And just a few minutes ago I finally got the Great Jaggi to drop the King's Frill. I am so happy right now. Anyone here ever played the game? And if so, what was your greatest achievement(s)?

I don't always take an interest in a game, but when I do I'm too poor to buy it.

Honestly I kinda like MHFU abit more. Played MH4U but never really got into it. Maybe it's due to the lack of friends to play with or due to the fact that all the hard work I put into previous MH games goes poof everytime I get a new MH game...

Guild Rank 10: 442hrs play time. Main: Hammer/Heavy Bowgun
Probably not the most brag worthy achievement, but i'm happy with it.

FS is ashamed then ... FS can't even kill a tigrex without shouting internally everytime

For people like us who plays alone most of the time MHFU is a good game since it's more of a solo player friendly compared to MH4U that really needs friends to play with to enjoy 100% of the game.

Haven't got a chance to play MH4U yet because I still can't find a job even though I graduated in April :(

Hahaha. Same here. It wasn't until I was about 160 hours into the game that I finally managed to kill my first tigrex orz. But once I got past it the rest seemed....easy

Well I do have friends who have the game but...there's a different feel of sitting in the cafeteria at lunch and mashing buttons and shouting together on a console that only requires you to have fast fingers vs playing online with headphones on sitting in front of your computer on a console that requires you to reach over with a finger to touch your touchscreen. Why can't MH be on the Vita instead T.T

Honestly the mid ranked missions seemed quite a bit harder. The later missions are mostly "Run to position X and spam same move over and over again on a giant boss that just keeps walking forward"

haha, well MH4U have on-line function I think, but of course playing with friends are much more better than being with strangers.

My proudest achievement in the game is probably solo-ing DLC quest "Bombs over Gogmazios!"
Good luck in the hunt friend, when it gets too hard, try out different weapons 'cause some weapon are just easier to fight against certain monsters, if you need help learning weapons, check out GaijinHunter on Youtube, he do in-depth tutorials on all the weapons.

    HR 384 546 hrs.
Main... anything not CB or Hammer
Biggest achievement? ...So many double Rajangs Guild Quests... Oh so many... (Got to 140 Double Rajang within 2-3 months of release)
Not solo mind you, but 140 Double Apex Rajang is... a thing.
    169 total Rajang hunted.
