Of course, i myself also prefer tapping, i think adding accelerometer won't be too difficult. but i think playing with accelerometer now would really hard for the player because of the sensitive game control. I should implement the idea about the slippery power ups and make the control better before adding accelerometer.
Thank you! Your idea seems great, but it's pretty difficult thing to do. I'll try to add that later, but i'll probably need a long time before i will be able to.
How about walls that throws back the cube, reducing score and ramps that propels the cube far, like snakes and ladder?
lol sorry, but you know, appstore is too expensive. they charge you 99$/year compared to android, 25$ for a lifetime. so of course i can't afford for the ios especially for this non-profitable app.
How do you jump? I managed to do it once but have no idea how. Too sensitive controls. They start with slow change but accelerate so fast I have no chance to react. Why I cant touch boxes from sides? Makes it much harder to catch bonus that spawns after it. I miss some indication that i get houglass bonus. I suppose it slows me down, but its not too clear
the ramps seems like a good idea, i actually thinking to make a jumping ability later, but ramps seems like a good alternative too!
thanks for your opinion! The reason why i think i don't need to provide explanation is because it's quite simple, i mean you won't know how to play it for the first time, but after a few tries you would already figured it out anyway. But i'll think about it.
Make 2 kind of setting: 1.the one without background like right now 2.the one with background/new one Ps. Just saying
you can't jump, it's actually a bug, i've been trying to fix the bug but no progress so far. because i think it's not too annoying and may add challenge i ignored it for the moment. Also to get the powerups that spawn near the blocks, you need to use shield! that's the reason why i let it spawn behind the obstacle
Well, it is just my idea and I know that making it or to be more specific, programming it is way more difficult and time consuming than actually playing it. I hope to see your improvements even it takes time. Haha
LOL that was what I meant. I thought it was understandable enough....in that post I meant, "Is the game available to be played offline?" 'coz having a game you can play and pause at your leisure without having to constantly be online is a major plus for me (and probably anyone with limited internet access) so might wanna note that for your future upgrades.
well, yeah the game can be played offline but you need internet connection for the achievements and ranking to work. I have no plan to make the game online only, maybe i'll add some feature that requires internet in the future, but the game still can be played offline
Learn unity(it's free), there is a lot of tutorial, the official tutorial in their website is pretty goood. For starter i recommend just following the tutorial project, not just watch, but follow along as they do the instruction. I think learning some basic programming first (unity use c#) would really help, but if that discourage you too much, then you should just start with the tutorial project first. Unity is only for game(pc/android) though, if you want to make an app instead you can use android studio or Swift(for ios) i think, but it may need you more familiar with programming instead. https://unity3d.com/unity https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials keep working hard, you'll be able to do it.
