Hmm, does your MC has any special characteristic? Usually it goes around like this. Create an MC. Add basic background (salaryman, otaku, normal high school student), and give them somewhat relate-able or heartbreaking experience. Made a bishoujo/children character appear. MC will have the impulse to safe them from nearest rampaging truck, and you got a prologue ; )
Basicly he is a calm otaku and later after he got hit, he will be sitting in a truck with god whick is truck san. But i just cant start writing
MC jumps in front of a truck on purpose because he wants to go to a fantasy world. .Wait. That's not normal. @Shio is right, you need more information on your MC. The whole process of them getting hit can be used as a fairly handy source of motivation or a plot driver later on depending on what happened and who the MC was before they got hit. If you want really generic just have him/her walking back from a convenience store with some milk or cigarettes or something and he/she tries to save a cat, child, or young woman who isn't looking or something and gets hit in the process.

he had to take an emergency poop at a porta potty and a truck crashed into it. ... i guess you probably want him to know how he died. how about he's waiting in line at an anime convention and a truck comes flying at him. or maybe he saw a legendary figurine/merchandise in the middle of the street and went to rescue it from he fate of a rampaging truck and sacrifices himself for it.

make him think the world is boring and he wants to die with a bang, so he goes in front of a truck. he dies thinking humanity are beings that satisfies themselves with their DNA configuration and brain-cell procession. he dies thinking that human's life is meaningless and futile and his decision to suicide is genius. he gets clear-headed in his next life rebirth and comes to accept that humanity being a slave to their body is not really a bad thing.
Mc, threw with life, jumbs off a building, and truck-san, somehow gets him in mid air, and is reincarnated, as a heavenly angel truck that governs all the truck-san's, that lead to reincarnation, in the universes.
