So.. I was lurking here and there when I saw this. The famous indestructible phone is back with a new design and features. The specs are the following: 2.4-Inch QVGA Color Display (160×240 Pixels) Nokia Series 30+ OS 2.0 MP Camera with LED Flash 16MB Internal Storage Expandable Up to 32GB via microSD Dual SIM 2G EDGE and GPRS Networks Bluetooth 3.0 FM Radio MicroUSB 2.0 3.5mm Audio Jack 115.6 x 51 x 12.8 mm 1200mAh Battery (Removable) Red, Blue, Yellow and Gray Color Options I've been using my dad's old Nokia xpress music phone for the sound quality and its still works, tho some glitching issues. Planning to buy this new 3310 once it becomes available in my country. What do you think? P.S. for further review you can visit http://www.techradar.com/reviews/new-nokia-3310-2017-review Or consult Google sensei..
hell fucking no, battery is shit, camera is shit, the network connections are shit, and so on, so fk that
This is what happened when the CEO of the company saw a meme of their old product. That's the best they can improve while keeping the old design... Also, don't believe the battery, it's immortal.
Im not some child, buttons dont bring pleasure anymore. Looks like Snake is the only game you can play on that.
Prepare for a comment of: They remake it now it's suck. OTOH, I think it will be a good communication device for young children. I mean, not every family can afford smartphone for their child.......
Not. If it had it's durability (which was the selling point for it)as the old brick phone with new specs than I've could have considered it, but for this? No...hell no. Touch screens are brittle period, for today's time at least.
I do remember my old nokia 3310I indestructible phone I used to have, it was glorious, in a limited kind of wonky way. I once dropped it from the 7th floor accidently onto concrete pavement, it worked afterwards, a few scratches here and there but that was all. A current day phone you can drop from 1 foot in the air and it breaks... But I will absolutely add that, this new thing looks nothing like my old 3310I or a 3310 for that matter, nor do I think it would be as unbreakable.
thing looks terrible. specs are pretty bad, can't even use 3g. unique OS so no one will want to bother do any cool stuff with it either. this thing is like a decade to late for it to be relevant.
I want to see it fall off 2 stories building and survives getting run over by a car before deciding...
Normally, I'd assume that they want to cash in on the meme/hype about their product but those memes had their peak popularity, what, six years ago? Kinda late IMO
this looks great for the "first phone" that kids get....or people above middle aged who are feeling nostalgic about their old phones, and wanna go back to the button press way of doing things. or hipsters. or people who keep cracking their screens when the wind blows wrong (*cough*iphone*cough*) smartphones still better for ease of access and all that...
