Well what this reminded me is of a chinese drama called Love o2o. U know how china is into mmorpg and stuff and that drama was one of the best chinese drama i have seen specially because it centers around the game

There is very few such novels because reading about normal people playing normal games on computer becomes very boring after a while.

But it's grounded on reality and pretty much fun both for casual gamer and pro gamer to read. No there's no vrmmorpg since the technology is on par with real world and sometimes referencing existing games.

Well if you're aiming for purely mmorpg there's not so much out there... most of them are vrmmorpg.
