Recommendations Novels like Overlord, No wimpy MCs, RRLs welcomed

I'm looking for something that's similar to Overlord. RRL novels are welcome

I extremely recommend this one. Its very similar to Overlord.. "Skeleton Knight in Another World" also "my entire class has been reincarnated! I became the weakest skeleton" thankfully all of these are currently being translated so make sure to read em!

sadly no, there's nothing similar between that novel and Overlord.

Overlord has an insane amount of world building and characters backgrounds, also it's a fairy ruthless and brutal story.

My entire class.....etc is on the other hand your usual shonen story where the MC is an average student with a nice-guy syndrome.
At least that's what i think after having read up to chp.10 , no further translated chapter yet.

It's fairly entertaining to read though, so it's cool to check it out if you want.

 

i checked the first few chapters, the MC reminds me of reincarnated as dragon's egg MC *cough* borderline retardation *cough*

If you want from RRL, maybe Forgotten Conqueror will fit your bill?

 

Katahane no Riku for about the same atmosphere of brutality and disregard for named characters. Not too sure about the OPness though. And since you dislike typical MCs that are common in other stories, you might enjoy it because of the antagonist.

I differ. Overlord is on way higher level compared to new gate.
