NUF Auction House (also a slave market)

Aiyo~! Since the old Auction House have become haunted house... I open this new Auction House~

• People that didn't pay in 3 days after winning the auction will be banned from participating in the auction twice...
• But if they/she/he/it do that twice, they will be auctioned by me as a pet for 1 week (the money goes to me completely)
• And if they do it again (for the third time...), they will be sold as a slave that have to do anything (except for something that may ban them) for 1 month...

Opening Time:
The Auction House shall open every 3 days while I’m on vacation from 21:00 (9 pm) till 23:59 (11:59 pm).
Otherwise it shall open once a week (on Friday) arount the same hours.
All time in GMT+7

Auction House's Special Customer:

• @Midori - auction will start without waiting for her payment, and she have 3 weeks instead of just 3 days to do her payment.

Spoiler: Auction House’s Rule:

1. Everyone are free to join~
2. If you want to auction something, tell the organizer (currently only me). You can PM me if you want to stay anonymous~
3. You can auction almost everything (as long those item was yours). The exception are me, Tony (and any mods, except if they volunteered~), FS, Kiwionwheels, and Lily
4. The value of every item that you want to be auctioned will be determined by the organizer after reading the description of the Item (please make it as detailed as you can, so the organizer can give a good price) and this price/value are negotiable~
5. For those who want to auction some item and the price equals or greater than 20 Nuffies (Nuffies) but bellow 100 Nuffies. You will have to give the auction house a commission of 5 Nuffies from the successful bid.
6. For item with a price equals and greater than 100 Nuffies but bellow 500 Nuffies, the commission will be 25 Nuffies.
7. For item with a price equals and greater than 500 Nuffies but bellow 1,000 Nuffies, the commission will be 125 Nuffies.
8. For item with a price equals and greater than 1,000 Nuffies but bellow 2,000 Nuffies, the commission will be 250 Nuffies.
9. For item with a price equals and greater than 2,000 Nuffies but bellow 10,000 Nuffies, the commission will be 15% of the successful bid.
10. For item with a price equals and greater than 10,000 Nuffies, the commission will be 20% of the successful bid.
11. The one who win the bid can first transfer the money to me.
12. Your item will be auctioned after the auction house (me) auctioned their items.
13. Please keep your behavior in this place (thread).

Spoiler: Base Price set up:

1. If it’s an item, the minimum base price is 2 Nuffies
2. If it’s a person, the minimum base price is 10 Nuffies
3. The maximum base price will be 100,000 Nuffies
4. Once the item being auctioned, the base price/value we give are final. So negotiate for it before we put it up~

Spoiler: Bidding Rule:

1. Everyone are allowed to bid, even the auctioned item can bid (if you auctioned someone~)
2. For an item with base value 99 Nuffies and below, you can increase the bid by minimum 1 Nuffies and maximum by 10 Nuffies
3. For an item with base value between 100 - 499 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 10 Nuffies and maximum by 50 Nuffies
4. For an item with base value between 500 - 999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 50 Nuffies and maximum by 100 Nuffies
5. For an item with base value between 1,000 - 2,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 100 Nuffies and maximum by 1,500 Nuffies
6. For an item with base value between 3,000 - 4,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 1,500 Nuffies and maximum by 2,500 Nuffies
7. For an item with base value between 5,000 - 9,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 2,500 Nuffies and maximum by 5,000 Nuffies
8. For an item with base value of 10,000 Nuffies and above, you can increase the bid by minimum 5,000 Nuffies and maximum by 10,000 Nuffies
9. The maximum bid will be capped at 10,000 Nufies~
10. I'll declare the winning bid if no one bid in 15 minutes after the last bid~ The first 3 bid are an exceptions
    
11. Everyone are free to "negotiate" with the other bidder in any ways~ But killing (in the auction house) are not allowed~!
12. If you win the bid but unable to pay, your bid will be void and you’re not allowed to participate (as a bidder) for the next 2 auction. You can still come and watch but I will ignore your bid. And of course, someone can still auction you~

Anyone is free to invite (tag) anyone~
#MOST Important RULES you HAVE to read:

• You can only negotiate with other bidder here...
  
• No fighting in the Auction House. Do the fighting at other place... A light threat is allowed though.
• You can only sell/auction someone when you own or have the consent from the one you sell/auction.
  
• Fail to follow the rules above will earn you a place in my special list... a list of people I'll auction as a pet/slave without any time limit (permanently) and without taking any commission...
• Again, I remind you that I will and only will auction people when:

1. The seller own that someone
2. The seller have the consent from the one they want to sell
3. You didn't pay the item you win in the auction 2 times or more... (the money will goes to me completely)
