When I went looking for possibly a release date for the next chapter and reading comments, I read the comments that the author posted... Is it just me, or does he seem like kind of an arrogant dick based on how he replied to readers?
dunno but is it a good story i've been looking for an original to read and this one has kinda caught my fancy.
He can be arrogant but he has the capital to be arrogant. It is not easy to writte a good novel much less do a chapter a day
What really turned me off is how he bashed that guy that said the women acted like sex-starved fiends, even though the review was decent.
I don't see arrogance anywhere. He was just saying he wrote what he likes and that's cool. If authors need to change their stories based on their reader suggestions every time then that would not be their story anymore right?
I find myself worried to comment now ^.^. But yeah good novel. Was it written by a English folk or Chinese person?
Well... I am the kind of person who thinks that if a person doesn´t have anything nice to say that person must shut up. I mean if you don´t like a novel why bother to leave a comment
LOL, this is where the author goes off and makes a "Choose your Xianxia" Novel i would pay money to read one of those [at least for the first 100 chapters before it becomes generic af ] Next episode, MC: -- beats down on people who call him trash -- sleeps with the closest woman -- finds "good fortune" -- plot armour! takes care of current problem.
The truth is not nice. Some time bad words are needed to make someone realize how are they fairing in reality. Constructive Criticism is the best way gor an author to grow so he needs to learn how to become a better author from a constructive critic.
You're probably that A.H.O who he's talking about. Thanks for ruining good novels. If you can write a Xianxia and get to top 10 in a month or so, you HAVE the right to be arrogant. You just don't want to comment there because you're afraid to get trashed.
What does "A.H.O" mean? Also, because I think he is rude and someone else shared a similar opinion, I am that person? If so, I'd love to be the One Great Cotton Candy.
I really have no idea on who this guy is (just here cuz of momentary boredom orz) but an arrogant dick is an arrogant dick. Bashing someone offering constructive criticism or with rational opinions is a shitty thing to do. Hell, as long as they aren't slandering the author or just shit talking his/her story, then I see no reason why the author should do the same.
