I recomend Epic Conquest for Android. It can be played offline and is a romance RPG with an amazing story and retro game graphics and system. The game has 4 playable characters, where the first two (a male knight and a fire witch) can be played since de beginning. The other two (a female arcrer and a male demon) can be unlocked after reaching certain stages. There's also a cute monster called bogu that can also became a pain in the *ss and a sequel that is still needs to be updated.
