his mom is the human queen, who had a child with the elf queens brother. not such what happens after that, as it hasn't been revealed in the story. so the elf queen is his step mom/aunt who raised him, and the human queen gave birth to him.

The queen is the biological mother but the elf queen is the one who given birth to him. Maybe elf queen is a suffocate mother and mc is his brother and the Human queen's child.
