That novel sounds pretty dumb. It's like toriko meets one piece only for it to turn into a xuanhuan beat em up later. I guess to each his own. Edit: The thing about gourmet stories is the missing art, you can't properly convey it with words. That's why this novel would suck if it stuck to a toriko-esque theme. This novel will most likely turn into a run of the mill xuanhuan novel that drops it original concept later in the story.
