I am a very social person, that does not mean I enjoy being social, but I am very good at it. (Anti Social) Plus I feel like I have very high emotional intelligence, I can read emotions and relate very well, this also helps me in my social life, the test says I am unable to feel emotion, or feel very little of it due to some childhood trauma. (Schizoid) Whai would agree on, and perhaps say that these numbers should be more instead are, obsessive complusive and narcissistic. I like my order of disorder, and I love myself for liking what I like and being what I am. (Narcissistic and Obsessive compulsive)
Well, the results of the tests does not necessarily say you have mental disorder. Tests are only one step from the procedure of Psychological Assessment. You'll have to undergo interviews first before the tests. And you would have to go through several other tests, not just one, so it could be correlated for consistency of results... But Psychologists have ways to immediately rule you out from having disorders before giving people tests immediately. It's a waste of money just testing a person immediately without preliminary observations. We have what we call 4 D's to preliminarily determine if you have signs of disorders on a persons's behaviors. They are Deviancy, Distress, Dysfunction, and Dangerousness. It also depends on how severe it is. If it is mild, you could still be normal. You have to at least one from moderate to severe. And it's not only to determine how Distressed you are, but also if you are causing Distress other people, too. Anyways, let me define each of them, or if I couldn't, I'll just give an example. Let me start with Deviancy. It's about how a person behaves unusually in comparison to the social norm one belongs to. For example, dancing naked in the streets with lots of people for no apparent reason, sexual attraction to children... severe cases like that. Anything unusual that mostly bothers other people. Next would be Distress. It's something related to a persons anxieties, fears, or emotions that negatively affects or conflicts a person internally. One example is depression, when you don't feel like nothing matters anymore. And also how you cause Distress to others like, lashing out your anger to them, doing anything that leads to people feeling discomfort. Then there is Dysfunction. It's basically not being able to do things that a person normally does in our society, like working, studying and going to school, or doing anything at all, probably, this is NEETs like me and the shut-ins would fall into. In much simpler term, not being able to function normally. XD And the last one, and the most easiest to distinguish, is Dangerousness. Are you ALWAYS inflicting or causing harm to other people or even to yourself? Or are you going to? If not frequent, it's just mild, but it still is a Dangef! As for severe ones, there's suicide, self injury like cutting yourself, as an example for being danger to oneself. Then there's murder, homicide, genocide, assault, raping, stealing, etc, for being danger to others. Drunk driving of the alcoholics is both a danger to oneself and others. So, yup. There it is. And you should not worry about the online tests. If it's found online, it most likely just for fun. If serious business is what you want, go to a Psychologist for Assessment and Psychiatrist for medication. Psychiatrists could do both, by the way, but Psychologists are specialists for Assessments. The Assessment involves interviews, behavioral observation, investigation of personal history for the causations, tests, just to know if you're mentally ill, and any data would never be shared to anyone, except for some occassions according to the code of ethics. So there's nothing to worry about tests like these. Just have fun the results. XD Anyway, if I made mistakes in my explanation, please coreect me...
