    I've been getting hit by phone scammers lately both on my mobile and work. Call usually starts with an automated message in Chinese warning me to about something of mine being held up by the "Authorities" and to answer if I do not want to face legal action with only one option to reply in Chinese.

    Anyone else?

    That happens all over the world i think. In Mexico they say your family member is kidnapped and demand ransom, even if they are not kidnapped. In USA they call pretending that you owe money to the IRS (govt) and you need to pay or go to prison. Just ignore and hangup.

    Sounds annoying. I hate talking on the phone, so I am quite thankful that the only similar stuff I receive is caught by my gmail spamfilter.

    Nope~ usually get calls saying someone's been in an accident. Something about claiming compensation. It's really funny when they insist I've been in an accident when I tell them I haven't~

    Sounds like someone's targeting you..
    Scammers usually get a hold of your number through some place you submitted your info into and pull shit like this.. *sigh* good luck mate!

    I'm the same as eseul, I don't answer a unknown number let them leave a message and if they don't then it wasn't important.

    As for the scam, just say: No Habla China men; lol would probably confuse the hell out of them. Or you can start speaking in tongues, acting a like a possessed person. Say you want to roast their family and eat their flesh, and then rap* their ghost. You know crazy, super crazy. Scare the shit out of them.

    I havnt experience like that but my phone sometimes open the camera on its own taking pic...last time i was reading then a popup apear when I click the exit buton my camera started on its own...ami hacked by someone?
