SO I HAD DELETED GAMES LIKE ELSWORD AND AURA KINGDOM.
I WAS PRETTY SURE I HAD DELETED EVERYTHING CLEANLY.
(BTW by cleanly i meant by just going to the game thing and just left clicked it and pressed uninstall
    I didn't use Control Panel.)
    BUT NOOOOO....

WHEN I HAD RECHECKED THERE WERE SOME STUFF LEFTOVER.
FROM ELSWORD WERE STUFF LIKE the tutorials, links to the online forums, and the like.
FROM AURA KINGDOM WERE STUFF LIKE links to the online forums, and some other complicated shit.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THEM??

    1. turn off caps lock

    3. delete said folders

You gotta use something like Revo uninstaller when you remove non steam programs. It checks for any left over stuff and allows you to delete them. There's probably similar freeware programs if you search.

Instead of deleting games, go uninstall them.

Control panel, then Change or Remove a program.

You should be able to completely purge it from there.

But I already deleted them? So do I have to reinstall them and then get rid of them using the Control Panel??

you can try that, yes. Even uninstalling through control panel doesn't delete everything though since these games like to leave settings and various files behind in case you ever come back~

No. If they are there in the list that gets brought up when you go into "Change or Remove a Program" then that will 99% purge it for you. If they aren't there, you'll need to either do it manually, or use something like your anti-virus to purge it.

The problem is that even if you use control panel to remove a program it would not matter much. Such software or games will still leave junk after you uninstall them.

Does that mean those files are going to stay on my computer forever, taking up space?? (gasps in horror)

For me, it's worked. It's very rare for games from actual proper developers to leave stuff behind after uninstalling because doing that won't stand up in court if they get sued.

Nope... Just that I kind of plan on downloading more games, but if they're going to leave junk files then I might stop... The junk files are going to take up a lot of space....

I just checked as per suggestion, but there is nothing there that indicated they have the junk files.

eh, the junk files don't usually add up to much if you uninstall using control panel. Not gunna lie though, on my older devices, there's like a million emptyish folders in my program files folder as a result of all the junk left behind. Probably 0.5gb at most worth of utter junk accumulated after 5 years of trying as many free to play games as possible lol.

just do the disk defrag and disk cleanup every once in awhile and it honestly shouldn't matter. There are far more things that eat up space compared to the junk files from games.

Go to My Document, find and delete that extra folder [if you can find them]
    or
Go to Personal Folder, find anything related to elsword/Aura and delete all of them

find something like CCleaner, clean your registry and do some clean UP and restart your computer

p.s some shit may still linger in ProgramData

... So moral of the story is that the junk files are probably going to stay...
Lesson learned: Uninstall the proper way using Control Panel??

If you're that worried, install CCleaner. After you've uninstalled everything, run CCleaner, it will check for leftover stuff that still exist but no longer associated with anything. The program knows what's important for your windows or your other programs, so no need to worry about breaking your OS. However, it doesn't remove save games. You still have to remove saved games when you uninstall the game or remove it manually yourself.
