That is most likely the problem, either one of their ad servers is down and they are treating it as you having adblock or there is a dns issue between you and the ad server.
Tried reading TMW chapter just now, watched the ad twice, the dot triangle is there. More likely a cheap trick by Qidian to increase ad views.
I doubt that. I didn't want to say it since I know some people are going to get the wrong idea. But Video ad revenue tends to come from quantity * quality. If your video ad traffic is poor quality, you can be removed from the ad network. Things like endless viewing an ad can trigger some of the safety features of ad publishers and mark you as a proxy/bot and then your quality goes down the drain.
