    I am looking for a novel that is evil.
    a killer protagonist but no to sadist. (hate torture)
    a genius anti hero protagonist who loves chaos.
    someone like joker without the crazyness.

    preferrebly set in the modern world or a post apocalyptic one... if theres none- then, any setting would do.

    I would love if its kind of survival as well...
    not too op protagonist, thats boring.
    I want a novel for adult.

    A huge storyline is a must, never liked the slice of life kind of story where MC just live day by day without a purpose.

    Is there something like this that you guys have read? ahh~ I want something new... I'm even thinking of writing it myself but I'm too lazy to do it and I know I dont have the skillz.

    Dungeon Defense?
    It's an isekai novel so it's not set in the modern world, but the MC does fit the bill.

    It's not a novel but if you're okay with manga then I recommend Dendrobates. It has a great antihero protagonist and is completed! Oh, it's also set in the modern world.

    a killer protagonist but no to sadist. (hate torture) - He kills for food and XP, not sadistic reason.
    a genius anti hero protagonist who loves chaos. - He is the champion of the god of chaos. Chaos is his thing.


    Though it isn't modern times though.
