Well yeah, its not ahead in terms of content because the origin is the novel, but rather if someone decide to translate its going to take a while to catch up to the manhwa even if they do 1 ch a day.
The only downside of the manhwa is some details are missing here and there like your normal manga / manhwa adaptation lol.

 

The mahwa is awesome. So obviously the novel is better. +1

The manhwa is far ahead, and if I'm not mistaken, the translation of Red Storm, at least the novel version, is fairly difficult

 

I don't think it's a case that no one wants to or it's difficult the thing is the chapters are long as hell which makes it for a bloody boring task to translate - I'm not sure whether any one you read Dungeon Defense but that also has very very long chapters which is why a lot of the time they are split in parts or take much longer to release and just the fact that tl still does it is pretty amazing when most tls only need to translate about a 1000 words whereas DD or this one have about 10000 words in 1 chapters... which would equal about 10 or so normal chapters...

 

People would be happy wityh muti parts
like chapter 3.1 chapter 3.2 chapter 3.3 etc, especially if that guarantees a regular release schedule.
The webttoon is pretty good at leaving cliffs allover the damn place lol

Just saw the posts been quite busy today. A Korean translator was posted a looking for work thread as was trying to pick up novels so I had my eye on the thread.
I should get a teaser ready in a few days if there are no issues.

Honestly, Wujigege, I thought you already had a translator for this as you promised to get a translation out in this month. I've read the whole thread and some people have already asked scanlation groups to translate this. There's reasons why nobody has taken this yet so I really doubt that will find a person interested in this. I've taken a good look of Red Storm novel and I can find couple reasons as to why this has been pushed aside by every translator so far:

First of all part one of the first book (the text that's in the first message of this thread) is over 10 000 words long (to be exact 12 531), not including the part where the author speaks. Characters go as far as 50 627 and this is in Korean where one character is usually made out of 2 to 4 English letters. I counted this by putting the text to Google Docs and it appears that the first part is 27 pages long. Translators are really not fans of this long texts as the releases would happen really rarely, maybe couple times a year if they're working hard for it.

Me myself have noticed that the novel skips really far ahead of the manhwa's beginning as some characters have been introduced in the beginning of the novel that come up later on in the manhwa. To me it looks like the novel and the manhwa are different stories and that could potentially be the reason why nobody wanted to start translating this.

Well, that's just my opinion and best of luck finding a translator for this and I really hope the hungry fans will get their share soon enough!
