On the NU main page there's a button called Release Filtering.

Click that. It has what you want.

Edit: Huh, guess it doesn't, actually. Derp

Your thinking of series finder, which sorting by language/Country of Origin is an option.

Like, really? I thought it might help when someone specifically want to read story about no-brain OPed beta MC (JP), or clever sneaky MC (KR), or just extreme plot armor MC (CN).

I'm gonna assume Origin = Language here, so the following posts should answer your question regarding this request.
    This thread might help too:

I actually want that features badly once in the past until I realize that I can achieve similar effect, or I can say, even much better using another approach.

I create a new reading list but with "Hide from Main Release Page" checkbox activated.
Then everytime I see a new release from a series I don't want, I set that series into this blacklist reading list.
Now my Main Release Page only contains series I read and a new release from series I never see.

And if you specifying an icon to your reading list you will have a really easy time.
With icon, I never missed a new series anymore because everytime I see a release without an icon,
I instantly knew that release is from a series I never know.

There is a tutorial, but I can't put a link in my post yet, sorry.
You can try googling for "how to use novel updates" instead.
The tutorial is for older version, but the principal is still the same.

Is there a option of adding tag of language in bulk in series information and exclude that series from release filtering.

It does not have same effect. I tried.

Can't blame them though. Might be trauma due to recent events, so they generalize all CN novels as offensive :sweating_profusely:

Too much work. A language tag would not be adding anything of substance to the tag list. The time spent just to get to the number of tags we have now :sweating_profusely::sweating_profusely::sweating_profusely:

If you don't want to read a series in a certain language no one is going to force you to read it. A few clicks of the button will solve that problem.

I do not think it will make them miss out good stuff. Whenever there is good novel, you can see all the threads about praising them and seeking recommendations related to them like the time of release the witch and tales of reincarnated lords.
I do not like japanese novel due to how they are written. When I read them I cannot make out who is saying what as there is no indication. Only japanese novel I have read was mushouku tensei which I dropped later when he became dragon god subordinate.

Why bother, just ask tony to implement a function to filter by book type and language.

@pkhyber Read you fucking pleb. Read.

I do agree with statement about it being lot of work and I just propesed the idea and not saying to implement it.
But I do not agree with losing out good novels as no one can hide a gem.
There is option of filterting release by tag in release filtering thats why I proposed this idea so that release filtering have more options.
