    plus the story feels so slow in some chapters if you don't have the next to support or jump that cliff

    its like that in most novels anyway, but some cliffhangers are so bad that I have to find mtl just to read the chapter.

    Story just picked up, in trudging through raws these days but it's so slow for me since my chinese is still a little lacking. Only about 10 chs ahead anyways

    when was that?
    i know snow powder started as ceremonial
    but there is no introduction on who is the alchemist or if she ordered her alchemists to weaponize snow powder.
    the first time the thing is introduced garci used it to suicide bomb the church to death

    no, that alchemist got the snow powder FROM garci.
    after tim got the port city back he got a sample of weaponized snow powder and he ordered his alchemist to recreate the thing.
