    Hmm... But some of the readers said that some of the English covers came from English Novel Cover Illustration.
    For example: Absolute Choice and The Actuator: the Borderland Anthology
    I don't know whether the images were included in the stock art packages, since I couldn't find it in any Stock Images sites...... But it might be something only known by publishing industry inner-circle...

    CKtalon_TMW is the translator of Absolute Choice,he say that Absolute Choice and The Actuator: the Borderland Anthology uses the same stock art package.

    I doubt that a fanart of copyrighted japanese manic shooter's characters would be sold in a stock art package.
    But you are right about one of the illustration that was bothering me (the cover of legend of a super soldier), the original artist (a russian) effectively sold it via shutterstock quite a while ago...

    Well... I wonder which is cheaper: buying stock images or commissioning illustrator.
    I don't work in publishing industries, so I am kinda curious. But this was a question better to be asked in a professional forum......
