I have never tried to animate anything like this (if i understood right what you have asked) but i can try.
I really wouldnt have much hope in me , but ill try my best if something comes out ill definatly let you know

^^ , well to be fair you just said " can you make GIF" so i had to guess without directions
btw tried reverse search image to find better quality or details of girls appearence (hair color etc) so i could color it and make it stand out a bit but i couldnt find anything besides link to "dungeon defense" TL website. And i thought of redrawing girl to improve picturs quality but that would've taken too long so i chose not too

If i strech it to full wallpaper size it would look to pixalated ,
+ i do not know what resolution are you using for your desktop

 

Why stretch it? Create from the raw file? 1366x768 is my resolution for the screen. Hope it's possible. Thanks in adv.

 

Well to make wallpapers resolution i would have to remake it which would make it different ,
so to have exactly same i would just have to stretch it.

And second render has its own resolution so making too big wallpaper would make it lose quality.
Anyways 1366x768 is best resolution for trying making what you've asked.
If i make it ill post it here.
