10 beasts per 2 hours
- 24 hours: 10x12=120
- 6 days=144 hours: 10x72=720
- 20 hours: 10x10=100
Total: 120+720+100=940

I won't tell you the answers, because then you won't manage to solve this on a test. What I will tell you about, is a useful technique called Dimensional Analysis. You start by noticing P can be represented as (10 beasts) / (2 hours). To shift this into days, you would multiply it by (24 hours) / (1 day) to get (10 beasts * 24 hours) / (2 hours * 1 day) = (120 beasts) / (1 day). In other words, every day P can kill 120 beasts. Keep on like that, and you can find your answer without getting confused.

This is actually basic stuff, but it's always good to remember the basics. It's what it always comes down to, anyways.

 

immortality would be nice... but i don't want it if it means my body continues to age but won't die, and i don't want it if the powers of a god don't come along with it, like say being able to create a new dimension that only i have access to.

math... please use common sense. u can go hunt for 6 days without break or u can get 10 kills only in 2 hours or... too many ifs here

 

It's basic, but you'd be surprised how many schools don't formally teach it. I (and half my class) nearly flunked high school biology because the teacher never formally taught it, even though it was half of every test. Dimensional Analysis is so basic it's often left out.

Hm in my other reply i said if both kill 10/2=5~~5beasts per hour (5bph) then
1.5*24=120 so 120= 1d*6 ...120*6=720 then multiplied by 1000 so u juz add idk 3 zeros? ...so 6d=720,000 points? Mmhmmeh
2.5*22=110
110*1000/or plus 3 zeros/=110,000 points???

My math teacher actually taught this on a whim because someone wasn't solving the problems easily enough. It came to be useful in Thermodynamics and basic Chemistry latter. The more you know.

 

And here i thought this was a math topic xD turns out it's just some guys trying to be a caculator xp
