Name: Raw Link: http://ncode.syosetu.com/n4269cp NU Link: http://www.novelupdates.com/series/tensei-shoujo-no-rirekisho/ Why It Should Get Picked Up: 1) It is easy to translate (even Google Translate can get 80-90% of it right, though this deserves a real translation) 2) It's already vetted, has a reader base(3902 4041 4138 4215 4315 5045 5152 5245 5583 reading lists) and has an NU rating of 4.1 (Which is a solid rating) 3) It is pretty unique for a reincarnation novel 4) It has over 150 chapters and steady releases 5) MC uses her brain instead of relying on OP powers, isn't a villanese or a fallen noble or duke's daughter but is a normal commoner. And it isn't one of those where men rescue her left and right either. The first person who "might" become a romantic interest in the future, gets beaten up be her in a fair duel twice. Neither does she go around inventing guns or the like. She sticks to the basics and yes she even messes up a few times Description: A smart, athletic, who handles anything perfectly and unequalled beautiful girl, dies young due to a car accident. And now, while possessing the memories of her previous life, she reincarnated in a fantasy-ish different world with swords and magic! All lives were dependant of magicians, however, their numbers decreased every year due to the magic power (mana) scattered around the world running out, thus the reliance on magic for living was coming to an end. A story that will lead to the life of a girl relying the knowledge of her previous life, as she proposes a way to live even without the use of magic while seeking for what it is, and aiming for a wealthier life.
I was enjoying yAmi's translation of this too... Hopefully we get to see this revived soon *casts [Raise]*?
Yeah... I miss reading it back when it came out once every 2 days... now its fate is unknown. : (... yami has been trying to unload it to another translator for quite a while and recently its been on hiatus for over 3 months...
I had stopped reading this a while back but I might re-read it again since it has once again piqued my interest.
Sorry no, I was a little busy with translating my other novels and stuff irl. No worries though I will read it this week.
* poke * * poke * * poke * Any luck yet or still busy? Again not trying to hurry you or anything... * hides the torture tools behind back * So whenever you have time...
I have actually read a large chunk of it, I actually have tried translating one like this, it just didnt draw that many readers. So sadly, I'm not going to pick it up. It is a nice little read tho.
Resume of a reincarnated shoujo should have a pretty sizable reader base already, it is currently at 4026 in reading list base. For reference if we compare to other releases you are doing: (sorted from high to low) Nobunaga = 3632 Zombie = 2496 Vilaness brother = 1392 Master's smile = 1321 So as far as drawing readers it should surpass current releases in theory. But I understand, end of the day its your choice.
spell worked i am very much willing to pick this up i hope to see you guys soon @ paradox novels P.S. i will get this thing started and get back to you guys
Uhm... wait so it's going to be machine translated? I understand Resume of a reincarnated shoujo is pretty easy to translate and probably with machine translating plus self learning it is possible to give something of decent quality. But you are also machine translating a korean novel and plan to learn both? (Or am I misunderstanding something) And yes I know beggars can't be choosers but still...
