    That was the prologue? I thought this was a short and that wad the last chapter. Well it's a nice novel so I'm not complaining, hope to see more absurd foods soon.

    One of the best wns slice of lifes i've ever read.
    just finished the second arc.
    and damn,

    Well, we've been introduced to the main chars and how they eventually become famous.
    Now we just have to read through that process, with all its' twists and turns.
    I'm somewhat curious as to how quickly the corps would mutiny if Shuri somehow left, or if he'll ever be kidnapped when people realize his value, thereby possibly creating the most focused blitzkrieg assault ever to rescue him by the corps, because they want his food.

    Each time a new chapter is up, or at least a new episode that consists of a few chapter, I always googled for the recipe, hehehe...
    That reminds me that I haven't make a mapo tofu for so long. Already have the stuff I need but still never get the chance to cook it. And that last translated chapter really made me want to eat some right away.

    Whenever I read the chapters I get this urge to cook the dish Shuri made lol~ right now I kinda want to cook japanese curry the same way Shuri cooked it lol [Curry Recipe Get!] lol(＾ｖ＾)

    I like the novel, but hope there's more variation in second perspective. Sometimes it just use the exact same paragraph with different monologue.

    Ahh I want to eat mapo tofu. I wanted to eat kare T^T

    eeh, shuri would just flat out refused it
    and ganglabe's merc group would really against it
    their group is already known as an elite group, no?
    i guess tebis really have to make it as if ganglabee is incompetent in taking care of shuuri so people would think that the princess really have a just reason to take shuuri over to their country and make ganglabee unable to interfere

    Yeah, I like this WN because it's a kingdom building from the POV of someone in a support role but the twist is he's actually valued. I like reading all the retrospective narrative info about who the people Shuri is surrounded by become. LOL, because even if the history books don't know what caused their greatness, we all know who did.
